Gite Etretat center with garden and parking

Charming house in the heart of Etretat classified three stars located in a very quiet courtyard with a parking space and an enclosed garden, located 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all shops.
Recently restored with the typical spirit of our region.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, bedroom 1 (160/200 bed) and office.
1st Floor: bedroom 2 (140/190 bed), bedroom 3 (90/190 bed) and closet.
Bed linen, basic groceries, toilet paper, household product are included in the price.
The beds will be made.
Towels are extra:
(A large + a small + a glove) € 5 per person per stay.
Baby kit: deckchair, travel cot with mattress, high chair, bathtub (on request)
Secure key case.
A garden with enclosed terrace: five deckchairs to enjoy the sun, barbecues (a charcoal + an electric).

Two bicycles without helmet. ( on demand)
Your pet will be welcome

Deposit: 300 €
Tourist tax € 1.25 per day per person over 18 years old.

Hidden gem
Françoise’s cottage is perfection. Tucked away off street with several other charming homes, yet private and quiet, with its own lovely garden, yard and patio. It’s immaculately clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Park your car in the private drive, then it’s a short walk everywhere in town and to the beach and cliff trail, which are breathtaking. There’s even a boulangerie at the corner (unfortunately closed the days we were there). Françoise was friendly and welcoming and we very much appreciatedm the bottle of cider! We had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

Perfection by the beach!
Cette location de vacances est proche de la plage, des restaurants et du marché. L'hôtesse est très serviable. La maison a de nombreux appareils et les lits sont confortables. Je recommanderais ceci à n'importe qui! Absolument parfait!

Das Zuhause, der Garten, die Lage und die Stadt direkt an der Küste - ein Traum! Anfang Oktober und wir konnten auf der Terrasse (spät) frühstücken, uns im Garten sonnen und sogar noch im Meer baden! Das Häuschen ist bezaubernd: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Und unsere Töchter und unser Hund auch!

A wonderful house in a magnificant place
We liked it a lot. In the centre of the very nice place Étretat The house was wonderful only 5 min walk from the beachwe had a great week with my 3 girlfriends. zentrale Lage
wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die zentrale Lage war für uns perfekt. wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, in ein paar Minuten waren wir am Strand. Auch für unseren Hund sehr schön mit dem abgeschlossenen Garten.

Schönes, kleines Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ètretat in dem liebevoll ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nah an Zentrum und Strand, ist aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der kleine umzäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Leider sprechen wir fast kein Französisch, aber die Kommunikation mit Hilfe von Übersetzungsprogrammen hat gut funktioniert.
