The hotel is amazing! I would have given 5 stars but we had no transportation to the train and we had to beg someone to take us.
Diego the chef was amazing! There also were no pools which was why we picked this hotel. The site should indicate they under construction.

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station.
The best selection of breakfast buffet and special mention to the kitchen staff and chefs - they made excellent made to order omelets and the best coffees!
Will visit again! Highly recommended!

"First time In Chamonix and Heliopic was a hyge win. Next to the Aguile du Midi lift and 2 mins from center ville. This was an amazing experience.
