“We’re so disappointed that my room type doesn’t have air conditioners which not mentioned in hotel.com. Otherwise we absolutely won’t book it. And the room facilities are old and the beds lack of support. We’re not happy for this stay. ”

Even the neck-support pillows did not support my head well. This was a common issue I had with different hotels during my latest trip to Germany.”

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen, sehr freundlicher Empfang und liebe Mitarbeiter… Besonders schön war die Möglichkeit, sich auf dem Zimmer einen original vietnamesischen Kaffee zuzubereiten, sogar die besondere Kondensmilch stand hierfür im Kühlschrank bereit! Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail in den Zimmern und alles super sauber! ”

“+: Free tram ticket to connet the city cneter is the biggest advantage to us. -: Everything is ok but just the room to us is noisy becuase the raindrops keep hit the metal outside of the window. It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. However the other day was sunny day, so no noise from the rain during our 2nd day.”
