Eudora Vacations from $640

Given the premium rates, especially for a busy weekend, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, & attention to detail. Upon arriving late at night, I got into bed only to discover what appeared to be a blood stain on the bedding right my eye level. The bed also did not have a proper duvet cover, just an insert covered by sheets, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. While we appreciated the maintenance staff's response, this was an issue that should have been identified and resolved before guests checked into the room. Additionally, despite asking, our empty body wash was never replenished during our entire 3-night stay. We also had dinner reservations at the Three Owls restaurant on Saturday evening.
