Walk to Farmers Union for coffee, Saturday/ Farmers market for local goodies or rent a bike and ride the footpaths all over Eugene. 5 min walk to Hult Center.

Quiet and pleasant

Neat and tidy little place in a quiet neighborhood. The second story does have steep stairs that could be a challenge for some. Mattress is very firm in the master. Nice kitchen. Furniture is petite, especially for large people.
