The only good things about this room are the location and the elevator. Everything else was highly disappointing.
For example, there were glass shards on the carpeted floor, which was the most infuriating part. It even cut my daughter's foot!
I sent messages to the hotel staff about this, but received absolutely no response.
Even before our arrival, their response time to my messages was extremely slow.
I also reported that the bathroom smelled like a dog, but again, they completely ignored it.
Furthermore, the floor was still a bit wet when we first checked in.
I absolutely do not recommend anyone to stay here.
