Rooms were nice and service was great. The place is very beautiful and tranquil. We had a ironing board delivered to our suite but then when we left for dinner, some staff had came back to our room unannounced, and without telling us took the ironing board and iron and moved some of the bedding around.
We mentioned this to the manager when we checked out, but it made us incredibly uncomfortable and I don’t know if we would stay there again because of that instance. I hope management will notify future guests if they intend to enter their suites at any point during their stay, whether it be part of their service offerings or not.

The unit we rented out had a pull out couch as a separate bed, unfortunately the bedding for this was a duvet without a cover and there was blood all over it. When I notified the owner (I assume) she just said there should be others. I notified her that all comforters had the same problem. To me this is absolutely disgusting and a huge health hazard. Wash your duvets and put covers on them..

The staff was great! very friendly made me feel welcome and helped me with any questions or concerns. Housekeeping was an additional plus they were amazing as well. Enjoyed Both restaurants at the hotel including the rooftop pool. Location is super convenient. Can be a bit noisy during certain nights, but they do offer ear plugs. Overall Will stay again.

The staff and doormen were excellent. For example, a staff member escorted me across the street to use an ATM safely. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and eggs made to order. The location is great in the central area with easy access to the waterfront as well.
