Discover this excellent 2-bedroom gem in Évian-les-Bains. This newly-renovated, spacious apartment features two bedrooms with balconies with views of Lake Geneva , a relaxing living room - also with a lakeview balcony - with a sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with a large Italian shower. A separate, fully equipped kitchen has a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the lake and the mountains. With amenities like WiFi, a big-screen television and a washer/dryer, guests will feel right at home. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Once here, guests can enjoy the beautiful town of Evian-les-Bains. The town offers beautiful views of Lake Geneva, a world class casino, an internationally known golf course, and the Source, where the famous Evian Spring Water is available to everyone for free! Additionally, the town boasts dozens of restaurants - fine dining, casual, and everything in between - for all tastes.

Interested in traveling to the Swiss towns along the banks of Lake Geneva? A ferry service from Evian to Lausanne, Switzerland takes off hourly during working hours. Other transportation services include a bus route through the town and a train that travels to Geneva. If you prefer to drive, town center offers several parking garages for your convenience.

We are absolutely thrilled with the apartment! It is spectacular!

We are seasoned travellers to Europe as my husband has travelled extensively for work over the past 20 years. Never have we stayed in a place more well designed and equipped. Everything you want and more is at your fingertips. The apartment is clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than anticipated.We travelled to Evian from Canada with our 2 adult children and they too are very impressed with the accommodations and the area. The view is amazing with patio areas on all sides!Thank you John and Tracey for allowing us to stay in your luxurious home away from home. Bravo!Darlene and Derek

A beautiful apt. located in a quiet part of town. Appears to be recently remodeled and quite modern. An extra large walk in shower and washer and dryer in the apt. Three balconies with views of Lac Leman from all balconies. And perhaps most importantly, there is secure reserved parking. That's pretty rare in Europe. The apt is also a 20 min drive to Bernex. A small town in the Alps. The local rep for the owners was very responsive and welcoming. An extremely comfy apt. We will definitely stay here again the next time that were in Lac Leman.
