The room was very noisy as it was towards the street and window isolation was not great. Lot of noise from the street during the night, which made sleep difficult. Also due to the isolation issue and heating not working properly, the room was pretty cold. Staff gave an electric heater, which mostly solved this. Staff were very nice in the hotel. Breakfast is great / lot of things to choose. Rooms are clean and modern (as mentioned, hotel being renovated). Area around the hotel: like many parts of Bishkek, "sidewalks" are a bit rough around the edges, because the city is in the process of tearing them up and replacing them. Personnel was so great, kind and helpful! I will definitely choose this hotel again just because of them! It is not wheelchair accessible. Thankfully there is always a porter on the lookout to haul yr luggage up 3 flights. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise and disturbed my sleep. Some stains on the carpet. Room is big though.
