9.2/10 Wonderful! (281 reviews)
Beautiful hotel in an excellent setting. The staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the room (room 24) was rather small, especially the bathroom, and the lighting was terrible creating deep shadows. The food in restaurant was very good, enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast

8.8/10 Excellent! (18 reviews)
Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

To make the hotel better it would be great to have a toaster available for breakfast time larger cups in the rooms and milk more accessible rather than keep asking for it
Apart from that it is in beautiful surroundings
And the staff do their best to be helpful

8/10 Very Good! (786 reviews)
"We liked the old fashioned grandeur of the place although the halls and doors could probably do with a spruce up. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable with tea and biscuits. The restaurant and bar looked quite nice but we didn’t use them. We thought the breakfast was a bit expensive at ..."
