I stayed in the remodeled area which I would recommend asking for specifically. The room was very nice, the problem was the service and customer experience. At this price point, I would expect a working television. Once it was begrudgingly acknowledged that the t.v. was on lock, calls were made- however, the situation was not resolved over my 2 day, $1500 stay. Everything else was great but when an issue as large as this (I was planning to watch movies all weekend) goes unresolved for 2 days- it kind of gives you a bad vibe. They did give me a $50 discount upon checkout but I would have gladly paid $50 to have the issue resolved and feel respected as a guest. Enjoy the spa, I would think twice about staying there- guest services need work.

Excellent location…clean and friendly. Only challenge was that food wasn’t always available during the day. We worked around it, but would prefer the hotel works around our schedule vs the other way around. Regardless…top notch location, and we would stay again.

Everything was great. Only recommendation I would provide is they get more than 1 coffee machine at breakfast to avoid the line that builds up.

Hotel Tandem is a well run, clean, and conveniently located hotel for anyone wanting to spend a couple of days in Strasbourg. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
