High-quality renovated Swedish house in idyllic village Highspeed Internet free of charge

Our modern, high-quality renovated house offers you all the amenities you could wish for in just under 120 m². High-quality beds, a fireplace, and free high-speed Internet are included. The house is located in an idyllic village setting on a quiet cul-de-sac with a view of the church and near the edge of the forest. A garden with a spacious terrace, along with patio furniture and a grill, rounds out the experience.
It’s the perfect place to unwind or take a stroll through the seemingly endless forests. Fishing enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here.

The lake and swimming area—complete with a diving tower and a non-swimmer zone—are only about a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by bike away; we provide bicycles free of charge at the house. There are two additional lakes in the immediate vicinity.

The fully equipped kitchen offers not only a generous selection of dishes and glasses but also a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, convection oven, and induction stove, as well as a dishwasher, bread maker, hand mixer, waffle iron, and many other practical amenities.
Of course, there’s also a large refrigerator and a freezer.
In the utility room, you’ll find a washer and dryer. An iron and a drying rack are also provided, of course.

The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses. The double beds measure 180x200 cm, and the single beds measure 90x200 cm.

In addition to satellite TV with German channels, we have a Blu-ray player and a small selection of movies for all ages available in the house. You’ll also find various board games and a few books.
Cell phone reception is also excellent.

The house features a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and makeup mirror, as well as a separate toilet with a bidet shower. Both rooms have windows.

The small town of Fagerhult has a small supermarket where you can shop for daily necessities.
Larger supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés, as well as banks, gas stations, hair salons, bakeries, etc., can be found in Åseda or Högsby.

The house is ideally located for various tours through Småland, right in the heart of Glasriket. Experience the picturesque landscape of Astrid Lindgren’s stories up close with a visit to “Astrid Lindgren’s World” in Vimmerby or Michel from Lönneberga’s Katthult Farm. Or how about a visit to the moose park, panning for gold, a tour of the old copper mine, or a ride on a handcar?

In addition to these attractions, you can also reach the famous Kosta Boda glassworks with its attached outlet, or the Orrefors glassworks, in about an hour’s drive.
You can also take a trip to Oskarshamn or Kalmar—with its beautiful castle or the magnificent Stensö Nature Reserve—or even the island of Öland in about an hour by car.

We will handle the final cleaning, which must be booked in advance. Please leave 1000 SEK for bookings of up to 4 people and 1200 SEK for bookings of 5 or more people in the house for our cleaning staff upon departure.
