Was super impressed with our room but also the staff were so kind and professional! Breakfast was good as well. I would prefer an outdoor pool but the pool was nice!

The booking process was very easy. The room was clean, comfortable and lovely. Minor complaint - no pods by the coffee maker on the 2nd floor. Bigger complaint - while the GM was very friendly, we were considering staying an additional night. We were told that it was against policy to match the rate we had for the night we stayed. We would have to pay today’s rate which was about $30 higher despite the fact that it was a Monday night and the hotel had vacancies. So we made the decision to move on.

Fantastic place I loved it here!!!

Stayed here for a baseball tournament for my son. Location is excellent. 15 minutes from different fields/parks. Hotel is connected to mall which is a plus if you are traveling with teenagers. There is a Dave and Busters and several restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend paying hotel rate with breakfast included. Lots of choices for breakfast in buffet and servers/staff were helpful. Great stay overall.

Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.
