Worst staff and service ever. The hotel is new and is clean and nice. Food is tasty. 1. There is zero management and zero systems - there is no organization at the check in desk. People keep budding in to ask questions. Staff does not know how to manage a crowd of ppl checking in. In fact, when customers were getting irritated by the check-in staff, the staff retaliated by yelling at waiting customers. This is because the hotel does not have a systemized check in and check out system. 2. We ordered an airport transfer but no one showed up at the airport - at checkout they asked for a bill for the taxi they sent. We had to take a private taxi after waiting 20 minutes for the hotel taxi to show up (we have confirmation msgs from the hotel that a car would be sent for us but none was) 3. Restaurant has no organization, servers do not know how to prioritize which orders and which tables. The staff is untrained and it took them 45 mins to bring us ice…. Yes ice. 4. Food was cold - we sent a few dishes back because they were cold. When they were re-sent to us, they were still cold. 5. Check out is 12pm and check in is at 2pm. We were called before 12pm to check out as there is a group waiting. However, we did not receive our room until 3.30pm on the check in date. Overall 0 stars!

This is the worst Radisson experience ever. The rooms are small, staff has no clue how to manage groups and useless in providing any help. Dining is very limited and seriously overcrowded. Room service is slow. I understand that one has to keep their expectations low in similar sized towns but this place was a disappointment. Hopefully there will be better options soon in Ayodhya.

It is below average I have stayed in other Radisson and I did not experience what it should be. They did not have enough toiletries for two people. There were only two bath towels in the room no wax cloth or had towels. The money I paid feels like I did receive the service what it should be, I am staying in Taj for nearly same amount and so many things are included like breakfast and additional meal

Food poisoning from their dinner buffet. Indian-Chinese vegetable dumplings were the likely culprit (a vehicle to upcycle stale vegetables left over from prior week buffet). My family suffered loose motions and vomiting for a week following our meal at the Radisson Ayodhya. It is the only game in town.

This hotel is the best Ayodhya’s got, however bit far from temple. They do not answer the phone or have experienced staff. Our rooms were not assigned as requested and we had to push very hard. Food was mediocre as well in restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping, service and warmth were welcome.

The hotel which was only opened a year ago is in poor condition. We had booked 3 rooms. The bathroom had a fouls odour throughout our stay despite complaining to management. The bedsheet had stains, and after complaining all bedding was changed. Himani at reception and Kaushal from housekeeping were very helpful, but the rest of the staff seemed clueless. Overall a disappointing stay, but given the limited options in the area, still the best choice if you are travelling to Ayodhya.

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was not satisfactory. Initially, they provided incorrect pricing for an additional person in the room. Additionally, the driver they sent was unfamiliar with the directions, and there was no clear communication regarding the cancellation of the car service. The hotel staff were just adequate and not particularly helpful.
