We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Taj Ganges, Varanasi. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care of the staff made our visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to Prachi from the Front Office, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would also like to recognize Abhishek, who assisted us with our luggage. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive. His warm and willing attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

It’s a great hotel with very helpful staff and well maintained. Great restaurant and a bar available in the lobby. It’s very clean, the room is in great condition and you can get anything resolved within seconds after calling the reception. Laundry service was also quite cheap and timely. We absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Varanasi. It was probably the best service I’ve ever had in a hotel and I do travel a lot!

Breakfast was decent bacon was cooked pretty good. Room was comfortable and clean. Only issue was someone had charged dinner buffet to our room. So make sure to double check your bill before leaving. The front desk staff took care of the error.
