“We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this truly unique property. From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. Special care was taken with our family, and every effort was made to make our visit most memorable – which it was! Our host was knowledgeable about the area, friendly and most helpful.
