"Great location!
Staff is really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
The entertainment area outside is great. It has different areas that accommodate all ages group. The pools are beautiful. "
" The Hotel is very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. It was very close to the beach and other tourist sights. Loved the stay the whole time. Cant wait to go back"
"Overall this place was great. We came here during a festival we did not know about, so it was very loud, not to blame the hotel for that. The only thing that was not excellent was the staff. The staff never greeted us and also did not give us directions about breakfast, check out, etc. This could be improved."

"It will be nice to have so staff that understands english at least the basic to communicate. Specially for foreigns that we dont speak the language. "
"**American here**
I appreciated the convenience and the proximity to the beach. Great if you have kids and there are many activities everyday.
DO NOT GO IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK PORTUGUESE. It is a region not frequented by Americans (as opposed to Rio or São Paulo) so there was only one fluent employee.
The pillows are uncomfortable so bring your own. The breakfast/lunch/dessert/fruit were good because they are traditional Brazilian cuisine but the themed dinners were usually foreign and not great.
The beaches and ocean proximity were definitely a perk. Beach access ends at 6 PM.
I felt very safe which was great as I was wary before hand.
Overall I enjoyed my stay but there were a few things that would’ve been good to anticipate."
