"Horrible. The hall bath had a broken toilet seat, the tub floor was very soft, the internet was not working, the floor vent in the kitchen was broken. The master bedroom door would not close properly. The BBQ was not usable, and the sump pump was loud and constantly running. There were rodent droppings on the pans.
