There is a toilet & shower and possibly. access to laundry room. Trinette kitchen with microwave, coffee maker. Near the center, about 10 minutes short walk there. 30 meters from here is Pizzeria, and also a bus stop whose buses run about every hour to Gekås. Skrea beach is about 10 minutes by car.
