Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix (nothing inappropriate) and most of the videos or shows weren’t showing up. But if I used data from my phone it worked just fine. Everything else was adequate but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. We'd certainly stay again.

Good location and comfortable bed. Outdated interior and decor. We received a voucher for the attached restaurant from Expedia but they were not serving food so we didn’t even use it during our 4 night stay.

We love the Charles Hotel, the staff are so kind and thoughtful. A true 5 star hotel with all the amenities and care taken to make you feel special and totally at home. Vast breakfast choice , quiet , clean rooms furnished beautifully .
