Built in 1660, this farmhouse was lovingly renovated and modernised in 2022 and now offers holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet contemporary comfort coupled with traditional charm in two unique accommodations. Unchanged structures such as original wooden beams and brickwork, as well as traditional, handcrafted elements made of wood and iron, blend seamlessly with the modern furnishings, always offering the eyes something new to discover and giving the accommodation an exceptional, alpine, rustic character. Quietly located in idyllic Farchant, you can enjoy the surrounding mountains undisturbed. At the same time, the location offers you an ideal starting point for short or long discovery tours in the Werdenfelser Heimat. A large playground, a forest adventure trail, the outdoor swimming pool and the entry track for cross-country skiing are in the immediate vicinity. Apartment Almrausch This unique accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 6 people is located in the listed part of Haus Hoamat. Enjoy modern comfort and traditional charm in perfect harmony. On the ground floor, the Stube with its large dining table invites you to sit together with friends and family. A tiled stove ensures cosy warmth and comfort even in the coldest weather. Those who want to retreat will find a quiet spot with a comfortable couch to put their feet up in the adjoining TV room. The extra-large flat-screen TV is perfect for a cosy film night. If required, the corner set can also be converted into a sleeping place for an extra person. On the opposite side of the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and adjacent pantry. Furthermore, one of the two bathrooms is located on the ground floor, where a washing machine is available in addition to a relaxing bathtub. The upper floor is reached via a staircase. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds await you here, as well as a children's room with a cosy bunk bed. Each of the bedrooms is also furnished with its own flat-screen TV and spacious wardrobes for ample storage space. There is also a second bathroom upstairs, where you will find a ground-level shower with rain shower head. In front of the house, a sunny terrace with a bench and garden furniture invites you to linger in the fresh air. Enjoy the surrounding mountains or relax in the evening sun. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Außerdem war die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - egal ob Küchenutensilien, Gewürze, Kaffeemaschine, Kindergeschirr und Besteck und vieles mehr! Der einzige Minuspunkt war leider die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses.Auch war der Service von Staygood Ferienwohnung vor Ort sehr sehr gut! Immer erreichbar, es war super unkompliziert bei der Ankunft und die Wohnung war sogar früher bezugsfertig - einfach ein toller Kontakt! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür:) ##### Verena G. Wer es liebt in einen originalen Bauernhaus, mit einer tollen Bauernstube mit Kachelofen, Holzdecke und teilweise Holzwänden zu wohnen, was liebevoll komplett restauriert wurde, ist hier genau richtig. Die beiden Badezimmer sind auch sehr schön gemacht und es fehlt auch in der Küche an nichts. Das Haus ist super gelegen mit fussläufigen Geschäften, einem tollen Café, Ladesäulen mit Ökostrom, Bus und Bahn und Einstiegen zu tollen Wanderwegen. Die große Küche mit einer fabelhaften Ausstattung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat (inkl. einer Kammer) und den großen Familientisch in der Stube fanden wir super. Aber auch die Schlaf- und Badezimmer boten viel Platz und Stauraum. Die Betten waren 1A, selten so gut geschlafen. Der Ort bietet alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt und wenn man keine Lust hat zu kochen, gibt es genug Restaurants in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein stilvolles altes Bauernhaus, das sehr schön her- und eingerichtet ist, mit allem was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Wir als große Familie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, innen eine gemütliche Sitzecke beim Kamin mit Kacheln und draußen eine Bank mit Holztisch und Sonnenschirmen. Das Haus liegt ideal ruhig, aber unweit von Garmisch-Partenkirchen mit seinen Attraktionen, nahe der Loisach, den waldigen Anhöhen und einem Freibad. Die Kommunikation mit der Alpenferienwohnungen Agentur, wie Check-in/out, hat generell gut geklappt. ##### Rüdiger
