Great location and staff. Room was incredible. Only issue was the internet was TERRIBLE. If you need to do any online/remote work, make sure you have mobile hotspot because the internet is slower than dial up. Please fix this. Otherwise would be 5 stars

Parking is horrible for trucks & SUV’s, there is no direction from staff to direct patrons with small / compact vehicles to use the second level parking.

This is easily one of the most beautiful hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. It is elegant, there is a decadent coffee shop on the first floor, and the Italian restaurant on site is not to be missed.
The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was luxury and clean. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommended. I would go back just to stay at this lovely hotel again.
