We loved the room and the hotel, but the hotel was the site of a protest during our stay and hotel management did nothing to offset the disruptions (besides offering us a refund if we chose to leave - which would have been more disruptive than staying!)

We did online check in. The clerk at the front desk just gave us our cards with no other conversation or instructions.
