“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good.
The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall.
I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples.
The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“These apartments were definitely an excellent choice. The apartments are beautifully kept and well cleaned. The area provided access to all types of food and groceries. However, the Tesco Extra is a personal favorite and its close walking distance was the best. These apartment were also very close to the city’s main shopping areas. “I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient.
The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen.
The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi).
However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. And I heard quite a number of people press the door……

“It was just ok.
Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.

"It is a very good hotel with friendly staff and room is of good size. This is the second time staying here but was very disappointing. We were welcome by a big fly in the room.
