"A wonderful stay! Although the hotel is located near the highway, it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly charming. The room and bedding were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As there was a short staircase to access the room, a member of the front desk team kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and great hospitality. We would happily stay here again."

"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel"

"The hotel is a short tram ride from the train station. There are several stops on the tram lines that are close giving easy access to the Old Town as well as the river, and the other side of the river. There is good Air Conditioning which was essential during the summer heat wave. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all of the essentials. there is even a filtered water dispenser on each floor. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It was much nicer than budget options, but the price was still very reasonable compared with many of the other local tourist hotels."

"Great welcoming staff! We arrived well before check-in and were able to drop off our bags, giving us the freedom to start exploring Basel straight away. We were also provided with a map and BaselCard on arrival, which gave us access to discounted public transport and attractions such a great bonus! The accommodation is conveniently located close to a tram stop, with trams departing every 15 minutes into the city. A great stay and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
