From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such kindness and care, making us feel completely at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima—yet the hotel itself is so peaceful and quiet, which made it feel like a retreat. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we both slept so well. Meals were fresh and delicious, with plenty of options, and the dining staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. What stood out most was the sense of calm and warmth throughout the hotel—it really added to the special experience of being in Fátima. Staying here with my mom made our pilgrimage extra meaningful, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. The location is excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk to the shrine. The staffs are so kind, so attentive.
