There's no receptionist on site will need communicate with an answering service to obtain entry code for the hotel. Also no onsite parking. I spent more money than I wished to.

We have been going to this hotel for many years due to our children attending Pitt. They have kept it up over the years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They do need to get better pillows. They are terrible. Rooms and common areas are clean.
