### Apartment for vier Personen in Fehmarn - Orth
Bright, friendly apartments directly at the romantic yachting port of Orth. The harbor with its maritime atmosphere offers a wide range: barbecue areas, children's playground, various restaurants and shops. There is a surf and sailing and kite surfing school. There is a large, child-friendly bathing bay just a few meters from the port. The nature reserves Krumm Steert and Sulsdorfer Wyk await your visit with a rich bird life and pure nature! Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a view of the idyllic marina and the Flügger lighthouse. The apartment has a spacious living-dining area, French balcony, stereo system, flat-screen TV, pull-out double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, hallway. The living and sleeping areas are carpeted. The master bedroom also offers space for the travel cot that is available in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, stove with 4 hotplates and oven and fridge with freezer. You can get fresh bread rolls for breakfast in the holiday complex's café. An underground parking space also belongs to the apartment. There is also the possibility to store bicycles and surfboards in a separate basement room. In the basement of the house there is also a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. Highlights included: All usage-based energy costs, underground parking space Spend your vacation on the third largest island in Germany, between the Bay of Kiel and Mecklenburg in the Baltic Sea. The port of Orth is located in the southwest of the island. Fehmarn's 20 beaches measure more than 78 km in length - ideal for relaxing in one of the sunniest regions in Germany. You can reach the island from the mainland via the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
