Perfect location

Super apartment in perfect position right beside Cala Ferrera beach. Although busy in peak season, we always found somewhere close to park. Everything in resort within walking distance. We rented a car to explore the island further. Rubi is an amazingly helpful host. Highly recommend!

Great property near lovely beach

Rubi was very helpful and the apartment is lovely in a quiet area and near to restaurants. The pool area is ideal especially for children as there is an attached shallow pool. Would be happy to return again.

Brilliant

Beautiful apartment. Two balconies - both get the sun. Spotlessly clean apartment. Clean, quiet pool. Perfect location - can walk to a gorgeous beach in 2 mins, and to the restaurants/shops in 5. iews of the sea. Boat trips from that beach too. Rubi was really helpful too - great host. Easy, fun holiday with views too. Highly recommended.

Penny’s 30th holiday celebration

We were met by Rubi who really made us welcome and explained everything. The property was light and airy and had everything we needed. The balcony views were fabulous. A very short walk down to the beautiful Cala ferrera beach that had a great beach bar and a man selling fresh fruit. Fabulous!!! We didn’t cook at all so can’t comment on that but was everything there if you needed to. We used the pool a couple of times which was lovely. At check out Rubi very kindly let us leave our luggage on the balcony while we used our last couple of hours around the pool. An absolutely wonderful stay just perfect for us. Thank you Rubi.

A lovely family holiday

Lovely apartment, ideal for families, great location, a few minutes walk from Cala Figuera beach, with views of the sea from the top balcony. The apartment is situated over looking the pool which is great for sunbathing and relaxing before jumping in to cool down. The apartment was great, split over 2 floors, bedrooms to the ground floor and living area to the 1st floor, well equipped and spacious. The owner, Rubi, was very helpful and explained all we needed to know when we arrived. Only issue for people with limited mobility would be the spiral staircase. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend the apartment and location. Thank you

Beautiful Cala Ferrera

We are a couple in our late 40s with a 16 year old . This apartment was perfect for us . We stayed for one week in August and the apartment is spacious and the Air conditioning so good ,it kept the rooms cool all day which was important as the weather was 35 degrees all week. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious and the pool was lovely. Cala Ferrera beach is just lovely and the beach restaurant was great for drinks. We walked in to Cala D’Or a few evenings and had a great time at Dugan’s Irish bar which had live music each night. We cooked at the apartment a couple of evenings also which was lovely , drinking wine watching night draw in. Karaoke bar and pool table available at the Carabel pub across the beach and to the right. Lovely steak place the other side of the beach also - Steakhouse Rancho. We hired a car and visited the Mondrago Nature Park and other beaches - we love this part of Majorca and would highly recommend. Would stay at Rubi’s apartment again and the area is quiet but 10-15 minute walk into some very lively nightlife . Rubi was great and very welcoming and friendly .

Sun, sea and a great holiday!

My wife and I booked the apartment as part of a birthday trip for my mum’s 60th. The apartment was great - very spacious, airy and in a great location to Cala Ferrera beach & beach bar/cafe. If you’re someone with mobility issues or balance issues, this apartment might not be for you as the stairs between the two floors are a small, spiral staircase. There’s a lot of stairs around the property; front door, down the back (from the bedroom balcony to pool) & out the apartment at back. Few things, which I wish we were told when checking in: • The power for the apartment can be intermittent & go off on occasion. • The hot water is on a tank system, so can be difficult for everyone to have a shower back to back as the hot water quickly runs out! We found this out on our first night. • Parking is available but can be difficult. The car park on the image is for the beach so everyone parks there (spaces are limited). Parking at the front of the property is on street so busy! Rubi was lovely, but communication was tough due to poor English & her being flustered when she did arrive. We waited 25 mins in carpark, after travelling all day to check in as there is no key safe so she has to let you in. No manual so attempted to tell us info, which didn’t work. We left at 6am due to flight & had to leave key in sand-bucket as no where else. Advice would be to get a key safe & manual for better check in. Overall, lovely stay and would revisit.

Toller Urlaub, ein Apartment zum Weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage des Apartments ist gut. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Von dort aus kann man die Insel in allen Richtungen erkunden. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, Pool und der gesamten Anlage ist Top.Zu den 4 Betten, 1m x 2m, ist zu schreiben, dass sie sehr gut waren. Küche für 4 Personen okay (Besteck u. Geschirr) E-Artikel (Kaffeemasch., Herd, Kühlschrank) waren alle funktionstüchtig.Alles im allen ist die Wohnung eine gute Wahl.Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war freundlich und informativ.

Erholung pur

Tolle Wohnung, sauber und viel Platz auf 2 Etagen sowie 2 großen Balkonen bzw Terrassen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat uns alles gut erklärt. Gute Lage: Die Badebucht ist fußläufig innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenfalls das Städtchen mit seinen kleinen Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants und Cafés. Ausflugsziele, wie z. B. weitere Badebuchten, andere Städte usw, sind mit einem Mietwagen bequem über schöne Landstraßen erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

12 schöne Tage in Cala Ferrera

Wir waren für schöne 12 Tage in Rubis Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gross, freundlich und man hat einen schönen Blick. Des Weiteren ist vor allem der kurze Weg zum Strand (2-3min) zu nennen und auch der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Rubi steht bei Problemen sofort zur Verfügung und kümmert sich um deren Beseitigung.

Schöne und großzügige Maisonette

Alles in allem ein schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in Rubis großer und gepflegter Maisonette. Strände, Supermärkte und Restaurants in Laufweite. Parkplätze sind in beschränkter Anzahl vor dem Appartement verfügbar. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war problemlos möglich.

Schöner Familienurlaub auf Mallorca

Wir haben in Cala Ferrara einen schönen Urlaub verbracht! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, bei Problemen hat Rubi schnell geholfen. Die Bucht ist ab 18 Uhr schön, wenn die Massen sich für das Abendessen fertig machen. Insgesamt ist es in der Ferienzeit einfach zu voll auf der Insel, was man in den kleinen Buchten an der Ostküste umso mehr merkt.

Phantastischer Urlaub 🤗

Bin alleine angereist und wurde von Ruby auch mitten in der Nacht super freundlich empfangen! Die Fotos werden dem Apartment nicht gerecht, in Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel besser 👌 zur Lage und Umgebung stimmen alle bisher gemachten Angaben in den guten Bewertungen. Auch ohne Mietwagen hatte ich einen super Aufenthalt, die Vermieterin hat mich sogar mit ihrem eigenen Wagen und einem Großeinkauf nach Hause gefahren 👍 bei der Küchenausstattung fehlt es an nichts, um bei Selbstverpflegung wie zu Hause zu kochen. Dank der zwei Sonnenterrassen ist auch ein Sonnenbad im Frühling und Herbst problemlos möglich, auch bei 19 Grad. Der Pool wurde fast nur von mir benutzt, sportliches Schwimmen ist dort also sehr gut machbar. Komme gerne wieder 😎

Gut gelegene Wohnung auf zwei Etagen

Der Urlaub war, wie erwartet sehr angenehm gewesen. Es ist schön einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort zu haben. Die Frau (Rubi),die für die Vermietung zuständig ist, ist sehr nett und bemüht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt, nur einen Parkplatz direkt an der Anlage zu finden ist nicht immer möglich. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern wurden wir aber immer fündig. Ich empfehle beide Buchten in der Nähe zu sichten, die kleine (Serena) ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung kann bis vier Personen empfohlen werden. Meine Frau hat nur eine Spülmaschine vermisst.

Relaxing getaway

Great apartment lovely terraced with gorgeous view and good bedrooms. And lounge Only worry is internal staircase is very difficult and a bit dangerous and requires a hand rail as soon as possible. Check in was a difficult as we had to carry our cases right round the back lots of steps. To be fair Rubi got her son to help on the way back which was great. Nice restraunts around supermarket nearby and the pool area is brilliant very relaxing. Once settled we really enjoyed our stay and Rubi helped.when needed even got us some tonic water!

Very nice duplex apartment and very close situated to the beach.

Duplex apartment is less then 100 meters away from a nice beach in Cala Farera. The apartment has two patio's where you can sit outside. The apartment is fully equipped and Rubi the hostess is very friendly and very well communicating and being on time handing over the keys. Shops and restaurants are plenty available in the near area. We walked to center of Cala D'or a couple of times for diner. On day of leave we were allowed to stay late in the apartment as our flight was late in the day and there weren't no new renters coming in. Thank you Rubi for your great hospitality. Netter URL, aber nicht ganz das, was wir erwartet haben.

Das Positive: Rubi ist eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Wir konnten den Pool auch im Oktober noch nutzen, man findet immer einen Parkplatz und die Lage zur Cala Fererra ist perfekt, so dass unsere Kinder (12 und 15) auch mal selbständig zurück gehen konnten. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen. Der obere Wohnbereich ist deutlich schöner als der untere, wo sich das 2. Bad und die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden. Negativ: der kleinere Schlafraum hat nur ein kleines Fenster und auch tagsüber wenig Tageslicht. Das größere Schlafzimmer mit Terasse wies direkt in der ersten Nacht einen heftigen Geruch auf. Flecken an der Wand innen und im Außenbereich ließen einen Schimmelbefall vermuten. Es war uns auf Grund dessen nicht möglich dort zu übernachten . Wir mussten deshalb eine Matratze in den oberen Wohnbereich legen und ich habe die Nächte auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Die Fotos im Internet sind nicht alle von dieser Wohnung. Ein Foto suggeriert einen direkten Blick auf die Bucht. Diesen gibt es nicht von dieser Wohnung. Die Bucht ist nur zum Teil zu sehen. Eigentlich schaut man direkt auf die große Hotelanlage gegenüber. Das wäre nicht besonders schlimm. Allerdings wurde das Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes kernsaniert. Von morgens 7 Uhr bis abends 17 Uhr hatte man auf der Terasse, am Pool oder am Strand das stetige Geräusch eines Presslufthammers im Ohr. Dafür ist natürlich unsere Vermieterin nicht verantwortlich. Eine Info vorab oder eine anschließende Mietminderung hätten wir fair gefunden. Schließlich haben wir das Objekt unter Kriterien ausgewählt, die wir so nicht nutzen konnten oder erlebt haben und die die vorherigen Mieter ja durchaus für den gleichen Preis bekamen. Fazit: vorab klären, ob man einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen und die untere Etage wieder uneingeschränkt nutzen kann. Dann ist es sicherlich eine Unterkunft, die den Preis rechtfertigt und in der man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann.
