Absolutely brilliant stay, hotel staff were nice and friendly, always there to help when needed, lovely comfy room & bed, smart tv which was a bonus

Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

For me the hotel represents good value. I like the location by the river and there are plenty of places to eat and drink at within a 10 minute walk. The staff are great, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style but as with all buffets, it’s in the timing. Nice bar which we used as well. Not our first stay here and won’t be the last.

From checking in to checking out we had no issues staff were friendly and happy to help
