“A small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. "The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard. The hotel is located 3 mins walk from a convenient store and 6 mins walk to the main street has lots of restaurants. The reception was available 24 hours , the staffs communicated among themselves really well, we were carefree during our stay. I highly recommend City Inn, we had a very pleasant stay!"
