“Large family room obviously dated, heaters were difficult to operate and the power for them went out during the evening, was a bit of an operation to get it back on as onsite manager had no idea what to do Close to parkrun and wineries so location is good, very basic facilities”

“The unit we had was spacious and clean and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was warm. When we had trouble with the TV remote the gentleman onsite came immediately to help and fixed the issue.”

“Enjoyed our second stay in two weeks. This is a top spot and hotel in the beautiful city of Napier. Terrific ocean views and relaxed vibe make it a great choice for travellers. We had the one bedroom unit which is superb. Very cold weather outside , warm and cosy inside. The front of house staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended to everyone.”
