"Great stay! Csme to see Brisbane and the Ferry right across the road and train/bus stop also so very close! Bonus of 50 cent travel cost per ride makes the location amazing and so affordable! Roon was tidy, beds very comfortable, bath! Extra supplies so easily accessable via reception. Would absolutely stay there again!"

"The property is good and modern. In close proximity to to the south Bank with restaurants cafes and easy access to city center. The pool is not heated and usually in the shadow so can be a little cold at time"

With Taringa train station, great cafe downstairs, Coles supermarket and nail salon a short walk away- it was a convenient location. "it was good experience with CLLIX first time, only thing that bothers me was parking charges too much lol its my perspective. when we walked in apartment it wasn't clean that much as expected we can see on the floor, maybe someone did the job too quick, never mind we had clean anyway. staff was good with detail info. I have noticed few of the ppl get their mates in the evening when reception was closed, not sure it's safe or not but... "
