Great stay and a wonderful place. It's not a buffet breakfast so it can be a bit slow but that suits the pace of the place. Should perhaps leave butter, jam and marmalade on the tables. That's a fine critique but every little helps.

Room was clean. Shower was amazing. Staff very helpful. No air-con in rooms so had to have window open. Could hear people coming and going from car park outside and during the night the lorry’s using the main road outside.
There was also a bright light outside our window which lit the room up. The room would be better with a fitted roller blind to act as a black out blind.

What a unique experience! The room was located above a busy pub in a lively area of town. There was a car park right next door for very reasonable rates. The hotel offered ear plugs- but they weren’t necessary. We enjoyed our night there! (Just a heads up that the pub stops serving food before 9pm, so plan to have an earlier dinner.)

Plenty of parking. Nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly, made a take away breakfast pack for us because we had to take a ferry early in the morning. No airco so rooms were boiling hot.

"Food and service in the bar was excellent and good value. Our room was fantastic as we got an upgrade to a suite. Didn't have breakfast on site as is our preference. I had forgotten our phone charger but the reception kindly lent us one for our stay. Views amazing from our room."
