We stayed in March 2026. Beautiful property. The room was spacious and well appointed. We had to switch room bc the light over the mirror didn't work, room safe wouldn't open, the shower was very slow, and the soap/shampoo dispenser did not dispense. The shower and dispenser weren't much improvement in the second room but we stayed. Note that there are large steps up to the room so if you have large luggage, you'll need help. Staff was friendly and helpful but many did not speak English. Great pool. Breakfast was good but dinner was so-so so we ended up eating with our guide at a local restaurant after the first night. Our guide showed us just beyond the road that leads to the hotel, they have open market on weekends. Great to walk around. The hotel is about 10 min drive to the entrance of the national park.

The hotel was about what I expected for Antrisabe, but I think the price is too high. Par for the course is the lack of toiletries, but there was also no towel. Otherwise it is barebones but serviceable with a friendly staff.

"This property has been open for a year, but I was only the second foreign guest to date. The location probably explains why, as it is deep inside a slum neighborhood with only dirt roads and lots of mud puddles. However, the saving grace is the hotel's management, who went above and beyond in providing ..."
