Our overnight stay was not simply comfortable, but enjoyable which was an unexpected pleasure for an overnight stay on the road. We highly recommend. “Staff was very nice and accommodating. Decent size parking lot. I was there for a wedding reception and stayed one night. The heater in the room wasn’t working so they brought up a nice portable heater that worked very well and kept the room toasty warm. I enjoyed staying at the Scotia Lodge.”

“I paid a non-refundable charge for a room in this motel. I had had a wonderful experience at a Studio 6 in Buttonwillow, so it was a shock to see the area around this Studio 6 -- the area was rundown, dirty, and unsafe. The lobby door was licked to keep the street people out. The exterior of the motel was dirty and in bad repair. There were people sitting on the stairs outside. Although the room looked okay, a puddle of something on the floor inside the door was the last straw. I did not feel……
