Lyx semester in Värmland - in our modern houses directly on the Färnsjön and Kalhyttans Multisport Arena in principle in front of the Filipstad door. From the slopes directly to the AKE house and enjoy a visit to the sauna or why not to the hot bubbelppolen with a cold beer. The house has all the amenities you can imagine and satalit TV with German, Scandinavian and other European channels. this is a house in the family or to enjoy with friends.

The water is clear and ideal for swimming and fishing. The area has at least two streams for fishing in, here is pike, perch, trout, salmon, trout and more. the most popular sites are Nordmark River, Lersjön, Agen, Sand Lake, Singing, Big Horse Åtjärn and part of the Middle Sea, but there are more places.

If you want to play hockey there is a kind of frozen bandy ice rink and for those who enjoy skating there is a beautiful natural ice rink and plowed lakes regularly.

Like skiing, here are some good runs
Slopes 1-400 meters - 95 meters difference in altitude
Slopes 2-550 meters - 95 meters high

For those who want cross-country trails, you are welcome to Kalhyttan's ski stadium, where well-groomed and pushed tracks are available. There is also an artificial snow. The tracks have beleuting and summer there are very nice jogging trails for both walking, running and cycling.

Bergslagskanalen
Bergslag Canal is a 64 km long system consisting of 14 lakes, six healthy, four rivers, 5 canals and 6 locks in eastern Värmland. The canal connects Filipstad with Karlskoga. The castles in Asphyttan, Bjubäcken and Knappfors, plowed winter hiking trails for skating. Every year Jonny Nilsson arranged marathon. A ice skating race that you are competitive but you are exercising challenges are also welcome to participate. Bergslag Canal is a popular destination in summer and winter. Waterway is one of Sweden's central Bergslagen region's best-preserved transportation routes and is classified as an area of national interest by cultural heritage.
