5 Stars – WOW! An Absolutely Beautiful Stay at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa! WOW! What a wonderful hotel and amazing experience! Our stay at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's charm, beautiful waterfront location, and welcoming atmosphere. The location right on the water is absolutely breathtaking! The peaceful surroundings and gorgeous views make this hotel a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was! Traveling with our dog, it was wonderful to find such an elegant property that welcomed our four-legged family member. A very special shout-out to Marc at the front desk! His friendliness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Marc, for making us feel so welcome! Exceptional customer service truly makes a difference. The beautiful accommodations, waterfront setting, and wonderful hospitality made this hotel one of the highlights of our Niagara trip. We absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation! Highly recommended, especially for travelers with pets. Five stars all the way!

The bartender was great and getting to chat with other guests at the billiard/bar room was fun. Breakfast was great, though we only got to enjoy it one morning of the three we booked because of early events we had and breakfast wasn’t open yet. The rooms were cozy and bathrooms modern. Mattress could stand to be replaced. Our only complaint was having to pay for the third night when we had to check out a day early, even though we told them on Friday at check in that we would have to check out on Sunday instead of Monday. They claimed it had to be 48 hours in advance, when we did tell them 48 hours before check in would have been for a new guest on Sunday.
