This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination, quality of breakfast was very sub-par - with rotten fruit, second rate cereal offerings etc, same with the hotel room amenities and the hotel management follow up on guest requests and complaints

A beautiful well designed not overwhelmingly big resort. Unfortunately, resort suites are not fully kept to top five star standards: private pool area was overgrown, bathroom finishes need updating, rooms are somewhat sterile, our air conditioning unit had trouble. Also for a trip with children and family there's not a huge array of activities.... and the little extras that they have available cost a few euros here, and there ( even the billiard tables or fussball need to be paid for), which is not something that we expect from a 5 star resort. A special mention, however, for the staff that are very friendly and helpful. Net we enjoyed our stay, butthe overall quality can be improved

First night was not good due to a lot cockroaches in the villa! Limited information especially with things like rubbish collection etc. Staff were extremely helpful and moved villas (a much bigger one). Villas are generally basic but swimming pools were great. Staff brilliant and provided access to sister resort with waterpark down the road. A lovely part of world and whilst we had our little issues at first it was a great holiday.

Family friendly, clean hotel!

We had a suite with our own pool which was nice. I didn’t like that you had to go to the desk to change the pool towels. The gym was an afterthought. It was small and only had one treadmill. No towels or water there or anything to wipe down the equipment. Breakfast was nice, with a good range of fresh choices.
