This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well.
Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

Super cute boutique hotel in an old mansion located downtown Galveston. The beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. The breakfast they offer in the morning is very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again. And the happy hour was fun.

"I rarely complain about charges however while checking in the check in personnel told me about the amenities and the breakfast that was included. When I checked out there was a charge of $32 x2 for parking which I knew about and then a surprising charge of $37 for breakfast. Mind you I just got coffee ..."
