"Stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids ranging between 10-15) who are all friends from college who have since scattered. House worked very well for our group. We had a ton of fun swimming in the lake along with paddleboarding and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sandpoint and went skiing and tubing one day as well. Also did a bunch of other activities in the area including horseback riding and ziplining. Would recommend biking Route of the Hiawatha, which we did one day; it's a bit of a drive (about 2 to 2.5 hours from the house) but was really neat and unlike anything I had done before.As for the house, it was large enough to accommodate our group. The owner was very communicative and check-in/out was smooth. The only thing I would note was we had missed there was no air conditioning in the house. Not a huge problem as it generally cooled down at night, but we were there in late July and had some hot days into the low 90s. On those days, the house definitely stayed quite warm into the evening so if that matters to your group, be aware of it."
"The property was beautifully appointed and very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. The views of the lake and the hot tub were amazing and the beds were comfortable. The walk down to the beach was easy but back up the hill was as a little steep so we took the car instead and parked in the designated spot. A wonderful stay and we’d love to come back again! "

"The location was perfect for a family summer vacation with kids and grandkids. We rented boats on the lake, went fishing, hiking, visited Silverwood Theme Park, golfed at the Idaho Club, shopped in Sandpoint and enjoyed the local restaurants. Very spacious house with room to spread out. Would highly recommend this property. It is on a gorgeous Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The course is spectacular! We saw deer, wild turkeys, bald eagles, and lots of birds."
"Loved the location next to the lake! Enough beds for all of us and lots of great little things like shampoo, dishwashing liquid, tons of spices, laundry detergent, napkins, coffee,and much more. Grill was great and used it every day. If we come back to Sandpoint we will stay here again!"

"Besides the AC shutting off and the upstairs bedroom getting way too hot this place was perfect. Location, swim beach, wrap around porch, lots of extras like bikes and basketball. Kitchen well stocked with SPICES!! We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would book again, but I would pick a downstairs bedroom. Great response and communication from host as well. "
