"Exceptional room quality! Not the biggest room you’ll ever see but very clean and modern. Had to walk across the parking lot for their place of breakfast but it was totally worth it as the food was delicious and easy to get to! All this for a price I could never complain about. 100% recommend!"

"Communication was excellent and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It was VERY clean. The beds were comfortable. We ate our meals outside on the deck with an amazing view of the lake. We saw wild turkey, deer, and a resident hummingbird. This is a great place to stay and get away from the hustle and bustle! "

"Stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids ranging between 10-15) who are all friends from college who have since scattered. House worked very well for our group. We had a ton of fun swimming in the lake along with paddleboarding and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sandpoint and went skiing and tubing one day as well. Also did a bunch of other activities in the area including horseback riding and ziplining. Would recommend biking Route of the Hiawatha, which we did one day; it's a bit of a drive (about 2 to 2.5 hours from the house) but was really neat and unlike anything I had done before.As for the house, it was large enough to accommodate our group. The owner was very communicative and check-in/out was smooth. The only thing I would note was we had missed there was no air conditioning in the house. Not a huge problem as it generally cooled down at night, but we were there in late July and had some hot days into the low 90s. On those days, the house definitely stayed quite warm into the evening so if that matters to your group, be aware of it."

"We had our annual family meeting at this spacious, wonderful lakefront property. The home and guesthouse were perfect for us to spread out. The kitchen was big and having a refrigerator in the guest house and an extra refrigerator in the garage allowed us enough space for all our food and drinks to stay cold. Having 2 SUP for us to use and 4 lounge chairs down by the water was a nice bonus. Being so close to the Hope Marina made it super convenient to rent a pontoon boat for the day. "

"We stayed here as an adult family because it was 5 houses from our daughter’s and we were in Sandpoint for her wedding festivities. One couple stayed up stairs bed and bath and our family, two couples and a single stayed down where there are 3 sleeping areas and one full bath. It helped that one of us could pop upstairs and get ready in the half bath. Everything is as described but it seems more modern in look and fresher than the pictures. There’s plenty of space inside and the outdoors areas combined one night to host a dozen plus family for sit down dinner. There are always questions. Where’s the iron? and our host responded quickly. In and out was easy enough. It was lovely, comfortable and clean. The location beautifully overlooks the water. We’d love to stay here again and have time to take advantage of kayaks and the town. "

"The location was perfect for a family summer vacation with kids and grandkids. We rented boats on the lake, went fishing, hiking, visited Silverwood Theme Park, golfed at the Idaho Club, shopped in Sandpoint and enjoyed the local restaurants. Very spacious house with room to spread out. Would highly recommend this property. It is on a gorgeous Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The course is spectacular! We saw deer, wild turkeys, bald eagles, and lots of birds."

"Loved the location next to the lake! Enough beds for all of us and lots of great little things like shampoo, dishwashing liquid, tons of spices, laundry detergent, napkins, coffee,and much more. Grill was great and used it every day. If we come back to Sandpoint we will stay here again!"

"Besides the AC shutting off and the upstairs bedroom getting way too hot this place was perfect. Location, swim beach, wrap around porch, lots of extras like bikes and basketball. Kitchen well stocked with SPICES!! We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would book again, but I would pick a downstairs bedroom. Great response and communication from host as well. "

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this extraordinary mountain-like lodge. The kids loved playing shuffleboard in the game room and swimming in the lake. The adults enjoyed the sweeping views from the deck and the home's overall aesthetic. We would come back! The lakeside location was fantastic: close to Silverwood, hiking, and Schweitzer Ski & Lodge."

"The Sagle house was amazing. We had four adults and four kids (ages 7-10).There was plenty of space for everybody. There’s no TV upstairs in the meeting seating area or open common room, which was fabulous because the kids were able to go downstairs and watch Netflix or a movie in the TV area downstairs near the bedrooms, while the grownups stayed upstairs and caught up or played games. There was plenty of space for everybody to do their own thing, whether it was read or puzzle or cook or just enjoy the beautiful view. We skied at Schweitzer for four of the 7 days we were here, and it was only about a 40 minute trip to the mountain. The road getting to the house was icy and there are some switchbacks, which was fine because we had 4WD, but that’s something to be aware of. We would highly recommend this."

"This open floor plan home was perfect for our family. Large kitchen was well equipped, the long table was great for meals and games and the hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of skiing. Wish we would have had more time to play all the games in the garage!"

"This home was excellent! When we booked the home we were not sure if the views from the home would be as good as the photos online but they were better in real life! The home was at the end of the road and was very private. It had everything we needed and more. The size was comfortable for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids from 3-12). We could have probably added a few more people if needed. The hosts were great to communicate with and everything went very smooth. "
