9/10 Wonderful! (919 reviews)
The car park is quite far from reception and all the signs don’t really make sense.
Check in was handing me a key after having to call a mobile number that had been left on the desk. No further information like how to get to the room and breakfast. Room was really far away and I had to carry lots of personal items and was a struggle.
I paid for late check out to midday and had people knocking on the door at 10.30 asking why I was still in room.
Room was clean, slept well and lounges at hotel good.

"Terrible experience. Do not use. Room (Edwar) does not sleep 5 adults as advertised. No double sofa bed, no sheets provided for the "futon". One member of our party had to sleep on the floor. It unfortunately ruined our short stay in York and front desk couldn't care less. Front desk unwilling to ..."
