“The cottage was clean and as described being warm & cosy. The location of the cottage in Trefin is great for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast. We enjoyed some really lovely coastal walks with our dog and everywhere we went was both human & dog friendly. This was short break, so we have more to see and do there. We would book again.”

“The property, the location and amenities were all perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4. Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. However, a few things we were not happy with. - Check in time actually 5pm not 4pm as advertised on VRBO which is really late in our opinion. - Check out time actually 9am not 10am as advertised on VRBO which is really early especially as the guest is required to have a family of……

“Beautiful place to stay, fantastic facilities, fantastic site and views. The only downside I found was not being able to check in till 16:00, and having to be out for 10am. No real time to have a nice chilled out morning and enjoy the surroundings, and 3 dirty pans in the kitchen. Also broken glass out by the hot tub and a bottle full of cigarette ends. But other than that we loved it and would 100% recommend and stay again. ”

“Lovely stay, only down side was it was chilly… wish I’d brought my slippers. Also there weren’t any walks (that we could find) on our doorstep. A shame when there is no secure garden (I was aware of) and you have a dog to walk. Also the bathroom location wasn’t ideal. Facilities were great, was clean and well looked after and we had a great stay there. Beds were comfy. Welcome shortbread on arrival too… thank you! Would stay again ”

“A wonderful property for families, children and dogs. Well equipped, beds soooo comfortable. Bathroom/shower areas look lush and work well. The horses in the next field a treat for us all. Next time a longer stay to settle in and explore the area more. Cardigan is lovely, beaches so picturesque. Moody Cow for Sunday Lunch.......the best Ive ever had!! Cant wait to return. “They made us feel really welcome with the welcome pack and made things so easy for us by getting us a welcome bundle with fresh bread milk and eggs and also loads other little things, there little cottage is amazing and they should feel really proud how amazing they have set it out it’s perfect and you can see the effect they have put in to make it perfect and Marty and bev the hosts couldn’t have asked for any thing better thank you for a lovely stay. Ps the pics don’t give the cottage justify……

“My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits.
