Property had all the basics. Housekeeping only came to my room once. Called the front desk to ask their schedule and was told they come everyday for express cleaning and every 4 for total cleaning. They did oral on the first night and never returned the other 3. The front desk said they would put in an order for express cleaning (new towels, taking trash) but they still never came. At checkout, I wasn’t asked how my experience was so glad for this survey. Again, basic property. Good poker room and tournaments!

When we arrived they had the wrong room option. But he changed it and gave us a discount on breakfast the next morning. I’m not sure why my name is not spelled correctly. It was a good stay in our way to our family vacation in Utah. I would stay more in the middle of step next time. Good price, but needs some updates, especially on the windows.

"Interesting hotel as it was in an old mill town. we had a second level room- with a bridge access. Room got hot at night and could not figure out how to open the windows but it did have a nice fan. Nice breakfast- had a restaurant and bar in adjacent building, but since we were only one night did ..."
