“Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service....”

“飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。”

“大廳員工有會中文的。這次連續住多天，第三天才有打掃房間換毛巾那些。備品或是咖啡、洗碗精、洗衣粉不夠，可以跟大廳員工拿。”

“Excellent location. Easy to get around with the Melbourne Central Station of the free city tram in walking distance. State Library is also 3-5 minutes walk away. Just the washing machines in the self laundry are not clean for use if you happen to need the service.”

“Very convenient to travel places like QVM, shopping malls, library and Flinders Street station in where I could head to all main attractions.”

“整體體驗不錯，房內空間很大，廁所有洗衣機乾衣機還附上洗衣粉很貼心。但離鐵軌太近，住靠大馬路房間，鐵軌噪音挺嚴重、房間的插座與帶去的轉換接頭不知誰有問題，插上去會滑下來。”
