“After I booked the room, I rang twice to check that the room was on the ground floor & both times not answered, so I left a written message with the booking & got no reply…….not a good start!
On entering the room it looked very tired, badly needs renovating.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom, the tap in the hand basin was so loose it nearly fell off when I turned it on. All the bottles in the shower were empty, no flannel/face washer, only 1 tiny bath towel for 2 people. The toilet was loose when……
