The room was clean, nice and updated. The staff was very responsive. The address in Hotels.com takes you to the back door, which is only signed Master. Tried our code but it did not work. Maybe update address in google/hotels.com
We were told ‘cooking’ no longer allowed in rooms, but for an apartment, we thought there would at least be a microwave to reheat left overs. No such luck. Also, no services like fresh towels or trash emptying during our stay, even though we asked. Was told to get from the supply cabinet on our own. Which is ok, but unsure where to empty trash. Guess it’s a ‘you’ service apartment instead of ‘serviced’. Over all, great location, nice and clean. Just lacked some extras that would have made it a truly serviced apartment.

Very good location and smooth check-in and check-out process. Self-service laundry was provided at no cost.
The only thing is, whenever the glass door from elevator area to the passageway is closed, our room door rattled.
