The room smelled very bad. The smell was musty. The elevators were hot and in bad condition.

Great experience all the way around. Would recommend, and would stay again. Everything in the description was very accurate.

The towels provided at the pool were very thin and just a little bigger than a hand towel. Need to bring your own towels. The process to signup for the cabanas is terrible. They have people standing around at the pool more than an hour before you can reserve one. The is no clear signage stating where to lineup. I was confronted by a large man (I’m a 5’3 woman), saying he was there before me. I was the first person in line at the gate he was just standing around the area. He stated he would make my party live in hell while we were trying to enjoy the pool and water park. We have an 8 year old in our party and a 77 year old woman. I felt very uneasy with this person being around I was not told what happened with him. He should have been banned from the property. I was on edge the entire stay. The is no restaurant or snack place only a small shed and vending machines. This type of facility needs a place to grab a meal even though there are kitchens in each unit. Who wants to cook in 90 degree weather. They advertise a mini golf course but it no longer exists. The staff is fine but didn’t seem knowledgeable of certain things and not overly friendly. Overall it was a good place to stay they need to tighten up their processes.
