"Saengcha resort is a family run resort and there is absolute personalised service from Munin, the owner and his brother! The breakfast is excellent and they will even cook excellent local meals on request.
Munin also runs an agar wood essential oil factory and a cocoa factory shott distance off premise. It was so interesting getting to know the process of making essential oil and chocolates respectively from Munin.

I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. "What a wonderful hotel this is! The staff and security are incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we got there, we felt at home. The facilities are beautiful and well cared for, too. Our room was absolutely incredible. It was roomy, we had a beautiful view, the bed was wonderful, and the shower and bathroom were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super responsive with requests for Thai tea or cocoa. I can’t wait to get back."
"2 bedroom suite was very very spacious and extremely value for money. One room had a king bed while the other had 2 queen beds
We were unfortunate that the wifi was down on the day we arrived, so there was no TV channels to watch and no free wifi.
Bed mattress was firm and not great for 2 people to share the king bed as every movement would disturb the other sleeping guest.
The swimming pool was large enough and looked nice but I didn't have time to use it.
The gym was a joke with 1 stationary bike, 1 elliptical machine which didn't work, and some dumbbells up to 15kg. I went for a run around the property instead, which was nice at least.
Breakfast was included and there was a good variety.
The location was not ideal though, as the closest attraction was the bat caves and Toscano Valley (which you need at least a restaurant reservation to get into the property)
All other recommended attractions were 30 to 50 minutes drive away."
"The garden and grounds are MAGNIFICENT! Very kids friendly. The pool is like a lazy river. There is. also a separate kids water play pool. The landscape and site planning architects should receive an award. Unfortunately public transportation or shared rides are not there if you don't drive or have your own private transportation. "
