I booked a non smoking room with a pet. $15 pet fee. When I got to the hotel they said they only had smoking rooms. I had no choice but to take it. Then they told me pet fee is $25. So I paid it. On check out I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager said Pet rooms are smoking rooms because of allergies. Expedia app does not work well with this information communicating to the property. The hotel is also next to a Sam’s Club. Each morning I was woken at 4 am with delivery trucks and the beeping noise from trucks in reverse. My sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in them. This place was the worst.

The room was very clean and the whole property was clean. The breakfast was decent and AC was very cool. The stay was good. The staff was very friendly and very polite.

Our one night stay couldn't have been better! And the breakfast was amazing! So many wonderful choices. And, Mariah at the desk when we checked out was so polite and helpful!

The staff was very nice and friendly. However, the room door didnt lock and the joining room door didnt lock either, so they had the wardrobe blocking the door just enough the next door neighbors couldn't get into our room. We definitely weren't safe from having visitors. The toilet flushed if you held it down a few times but it took some extra effort. The breakfast wasn't great either but we won't complain when its complimentary. I wouldn't stay there ever again but it sufficed for a bed to sleep in while traveling.
